All aspects of higher education organizations have been disrupted by change, which decreases capacity to achieve goals. Failed initiatives create a human toll, impact careers and reputations, interrupt progress and squander valuable, finite time, opportunities and resources.  The biggest threat to higher ed institutions is an inability to pivot effectively and sustainably through change.
