Identity

•  I  agree not to impersonate any person or entity or provide false information to CSC or otherwise misrepresent my affiliation with any person or entity or the origin of any message or transmittal I send to CSC.

Intellectual Property Rights 

CSC shall retain the creative rights to all original materials, models, data and similar items, produced by CSC hereunder in connection with the Services under this agreement.

• I agree to properly references written and oral representations of the CSC site's content

• I agree not to modify, adapt, create derivative works of, translate, compile, decompile or disassemble Crucial Shift Consulting (CSC) content (or any part thereof), or any Content offered by CSC or Third Party Services, without prior written and specific consent.

• I agree not to access or use the CSC content or services for benchmarking or similar competitive analysis purposes or in order to build a competitive product or service.

Privacy Protection 

• I agree not to use any action to collect login data and/or passwords.

• I agree not to phish, collect, upload, or otherwise attempt to collect or  make available credit card information or other forms of financial data used for collecting payments.

 

Representations

• I understand that content on CSC site is for educational purposes only.

• I understand that in no event shall any reference to any third party or third party product or third party service be construed as an approval or endorsement by us of that third party or of any product or service provided by such third party.

I agree that failure to abide by any of the foregoing or any misrepresentation made by me herein may result in the immediate termination of my User Account and/or any Services provided to me without any refund of amounts paid on account of any such Services, and pertinent legal remedies.
